The best HOT TODDY recipe to SOOTH you into the night


If you’re the kind of person that wants to unwind from a long and chilly fall day, ‘the ultimate chill’ Xō Calm is one of our favorite Kombucha’s to turn into a hot toddy. The soothing, calming, chillifying character of the Xō Calm mixed with your favorite brown liquor is zen in a glass.


  • 4-6 cl brown liquor (we suggest whiskey, brandy or cognac)

  • 1tbsp creamy local honey

  • 1 lemon slice

  • 350ml Kombucha Xō Calm


In a small saucepan (on a low temperature), warm the Kombucha *important not to bring it to a boil!

Stir in the local honey, tip in the liquor, garnish with the slice of lemon and you are ready to drink!
